1. Airsoft Guns, Airguns & Knives

No Returns – No Exchanges – No Warranty

All sales of airsoft guns, airguns, and related components (BBs, COâ‚‚, internal parts) are Final.

Legal Registration

Items are registered under the Emirates ID of the buyer per UAE law. Once registered, the item cannot be transferred back or exchanged.

Buyer Responsibility

Full responsibility for use, misuse, or legal implications rests solely with the buyer once the product is registered.

We highly recommend customers test all items before leaving the store or inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.

2. Accessories & Tactical Gear

Exchange Only (No Refunds)

Gear such as vests, holsters, and optics may be exchanged within 7 days if:

  • Item is unused and in brand new condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 48 hours of receipt. Email us with:

4. No Warranty Coverage

Tasleeh Tactical Shop does not offer any warranty on any product sold, including electronic or mechanical items. Please test items thoroughly at time of purchase.
